Door-Stop Glass Sizes Chart

28 September 2026

Planning to replace or upgrade the glass in your Door-Stop composite door?

This chart shows the exact sizes for each glazing design, so you can order the right glass first time.

For each design, you'll find two measurements:

  • Aperture size: the size of the opening cut into the door.

  • Glass size: the size of the glass unit that fits into that opening. It's slightly smaller than the aperture to leave room for fitting.

For curved designs, like arched and half-moon panes, the chart also gives the radius (how tightly the curve bends) for both the aperture and the glass.

The chart covers arched, square, and diamond panes, a single tall slim pane, and designs with two, three, or four smaller panes.

Always order your glass by the glass size, not the aperture size. If you're not sure which design you have, get in touch and we'll help you work it out.
